Make AI useful in the work you already doMake AI useful in the work you already do
Bring a task, process or half-formed idea. We work out where AI helps, where it does not, and what a sensible next move looks like.
Practical working sessions for founders, operators and small teams in Hong Kong and beyond.
What you leave with
Most people do not need another AI explainerMost people do not need another AI explainer
They need help with the actual work in front of them.
01
You know AI matters, but it is still unclear which part of your work it genuinely improves.
02
You have tried a few tools, bounced between prompts and tabs, and ended up with more noise than progress.
03
You want someone who can look at the real task, ask the right questions and help you choose a useful path.
Start with the kind of help you needStart with the kind of help you need

Useful AI starts with a task, not a toolUseful AI starts with a task, not a tool
This work is most useful when there is something concrete to improve.
+And more. If you can explain the task, we can work out whether AI belongs in it.

Step 01
Apply
Tell me what you are trying to do. Clear, messy or half-formed is fine.
Step 02
I review the shape of the problem
I look at the workflow, likely tools and where the conversation should start.
Step 03
We work through it together
You bring the context. I ask questions, explain the options and help you choose the most useful route.
Step 04
We make it usable
You leave with something you can test in real work, not just a list of ideas.
Support matters most once you try it for realSupport matters most once you try it for real
The real questions usually show up after the session, when the workflow meets actual work. That is why follow-up is built in.
WhatsApp or Telegram follow-up
Ask questions once you start using the workflow and need to adjust it.
Participant group
A small group for sharing prompts, tools, examples and stuck points.
Monthly catch-ups
Lightweight group sessions to compare notes, review progress and keep momentum.

A few useful things to make clearA few useful things to make clear
Do I need to be technical?
No. The point is to make AI useful in your actual work, not to turn you into a developer.
Can this cover confidential work?
Yes, but carefully. We can use sanitised examples, private tools or safe patterns depending on the data.
Is this training or implementation?
Both, but always anchored to the work. You learn by building it, then running it on your own.
Is it a presentation?
No. It is discussion-led. You bring the context and we figure out the best route together.
Can we meet virtually or in person?
Yes. Sessions can be virtual, or in person in Hong Kong when that makes sense.
What happens after the session?
You can follow up on WhatsApp or Telegram, join the participant group and come to monthly catch-ups.
What should I bring?
Bring one task, process, document, spreadsheet, idea or recurring frustration. Messy is fine.
Will you just tell me which AI tool to use?
No. Tool choice comes after we understand the job. The answer might be a prompt, a workflow, or no tool at all.
Can we work with my existing tools?
Usually, yes. We can work around your current stack first before introducing anything new.
Tell me what you are trying to doTell me what you are trying to do
The form is intentionally specific. It helps me understand whether you need clarity, hands-on building, or a longer piece of support.
